This certificate program is the Chamber Academy’s flagship program. The program provides foundational skills and knowledge to the target groups that are specified below.
The program consists of Core and Electives courses. The mandatory Core Courses ensure that trainees understand the fundamental elements needed to develop effectively as chamber leaders, managers, and employees. The Elective Courses are designed to allow members to dive deeper into the areas with which they engage most, as well as focus on areas of improvement.
