The Ethiopian Chamber Academy provides leadership training to a wide array of chambers, associations and organizations. Leadership capability is crucial to the delivery of services, organizational success and to building an efficient and effective organization fit for today and the future.
This training program is designed to provide the necessary skills and knowledge of effective leadership to current and aspirational leaders from an array of chambers, associations and organizations. The training also works to enable participants to better direct and influence people within their organization and equips trainees with the skills to achieve their long-term goals through visionary leadership.
Along with the other modules, this training will enhance the skills and knowledge-base of participants to become effective leaders as well as address organizational needs such as management, communications, team building, and finance.
